Her husband was from Georgia and I know that she eats a lot of food that was traditional in Georgia. ( dishes with different kinds of beans, etc.) I would like to make something for at least a couple of meals that are more in line with what she is accustomed to.

Does anyone have any simple recipes they could suggest.

Nothing too expensive or extravagant please.
